The KZ AligN Pilates Approach

All new students will take part in an initial “foundations” session with a seasoned KZ AligN Pilates instructor. This session will allow us to assess your movement, learn about your goals and needs, and create a program just for you.

Private 1:1 Pilates Lessons

Enjoy the benefits of bespoke private lessons that are tailored to your individual needs and abilities. Our one-on-one lessons allow students to see the advantages of Pilates practice at a faster pace as you progress toward your goals. We highly recommend our private lessons for more impactful results. We aim to give you the tools you need to better understand how to move well in your daily life, deepening awareness of how movements may positively or negatively affect your body throughout the day.

Group Classes

Experience our KZ AligN Pilates connection with care in group classes while moving together and having fun. Our experienced instructors provide detailed observation and feedback as you advance through each exercise. During group classes, you will have the opportunity to use a variety of Pilates equipment and apparatus, giving you the benefits of different movements and deepening your understanding of how to use the equipment. Practicing together brings happiness to ourselves and our community.

If you are new to Pilates, we recommend that you begin with private lessons. The initial private lessons will allow our instructors to assess your movement and discuss any medical conditions or needs you may have. These will also provide you with a better understanding of Pilates movements and equipment prior to joining a small group class.

Online Classes

Our online classes are a great solution for those who would like to practice Pilates from home. These live video classes allow you to join us at your convenience, no matter where you live! All you need is a smartphone and some space and you are ready to move! At present, online classes are typically offered once per week in the mornings, but are subject to change based on demand. Our goal is to bring knowledge and awareness to your movements during your busy week, leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged.

We know that every one of our students is coming to the studio with a unique history. Please let us know prior to our lesson if you have any injuries or conditions we should be aware of. Our team will work with you to ensure that we can customize each movement to meet you where you are. We specialize in working with:

General Classes

Frequently Asked Quesions

Please arrive at the studio 5 minutes prior to your session. We have both indoor and outdoor seating available.

Students should wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move with ease. Please bring a refillable water bottle as we provide filtered water.

Your first “foundations” session with us will be completed with our most senior instructors. We spend time getting to know you and understanding your movement and Pilates goals. Our instructors will assess your movement and record specific areas of focus. Please let us know of any injuries, medical conditions, or other needs you may have so that we can best design our lessons to target your individual goals.

All of our classes are tailored to the students in front of us. Our instructors know our students well and differentiate the movements to suit all ages and abilities. We provide detailed feedback as you advance through each exercise.

Life happens! Please let us know 12 hours in advance of your session if you are unable to attend. A late cancellation (less than 12 hours notice) will result in one session being deducted from your package. All of our studio policies will be shared with you at your first lesson.

Instructors are subject to change without notice. In the rare case that no substitute instructor is available, we may have to reschedule your lesson and will inform you as soon as possible.
